This website has been designed for use in the United Kingdom, under the laws of England and Wales.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as purchasing from our site means you agree
with them. For the clarification of doubt, references to 'us', 'we' or 'our' below relate to Ellie Carlisle Gifts. References to 'you' reference the purchaser of goods or services and the viewer of this website. The 'website' in reference to: http//www.elliecarlislegifts.co.uk
Password/Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that
occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise
as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
Ordering
The contract becomes binding when we confirm that we have accepted your order.
Accuracy
We have taken every care to describe our products fairly, and that prices quoted are in pounds
(£) sterling and inclusive of V.A.T, are correct at the time of publishing.
Cancellation Rights
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within
7 (seven) working days of receipt of your order. To exercise this right, please see our returns and refunds section.

Returns and Refunds Policy
If, for any reason you decide not to keep an item, you can return it for a refund:
IN ALL CASES, please email us at info@elliecarlislegifts.co.uk or write, by first class post to Ellie Carlisle Gifts, Melrose House, Old Church Lane, Fylingthorpe, North Yorkshire, Y022 4TR
within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of goods.
Non-faulty items must be returned at customers own expense, with their original packaging and must be
in an unused condition.
Please note that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt. You are liable for the goods until they are
delivered to us in good (fit for resale) condition.
We strongly advise you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery or other insured and tracked delivery service
for this purpose in order to be sure that any goods are returned safely to us.
The Royal Mail Special Delivery service is available from any Post Office and provides a guaranteed
next working day delivery, with a signed receipt, plus insurance of £100 at a reasonable cost.
Please enclose the invoice when making returns.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Privacy Policy
Your payment can be made by Google Wallet Checkout and PayPal secure gateway's. Payment is made subject to the gateway terms and conditions and dealt with by Google checkout and PayPal.
Secure Encrypted Payment
Please note that you can shop with confidence knowing that your card details will not be accessible to
Ellie Carlisle Gifts, as your details are encrypted and dealt with by Google checkout or PayPal.
You do not need an account to purchase with PayPal.
We do not sell or pass on your details to any third party.
Data collected on this site is used to:
a). Take and fulfill customers orders.
b). Administer the site and enhance the site and service.
c). Only to disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Ellie Carlisle Gifts
Delivery
We aim to despatch your purchases within 2-3 working days of receiving payment and deliver to you within 3-5 days. However, delivery times are not guaranteed, and we cannot be held liable if this delivery time is exceeded. Goods are despatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery - to be signed for, or larger items by Royal Mail Parcel Force. We will always send you an email on the day of despatch to advise that your parcel has been shipped.
A signature is required for all packages.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated by weight which includes the weight of the packaging and also the recorded delivery fee. The weight of your items will be added together and calculated automatically for you at checkout according to the price band structure. See Table below:
